Forward Thinking Counseling Services

I am a trained professional that counsels individuals, families, and couples to promote optimal mental health, well-being, and growth in all intra and interpersonal relationships. I provide counseling/mental health therapy/psychotherapy for people ages 13+, and all races, and diverse backgrounds using multiple modalities. I work from a client-centered approach in collaboration with my clients to improve lives. I provide these services in a safe and confidential environment assisting clients to explore issues, recognize strengths, find solutions, develop a plan and work toward goals.

I provide Clinical Supervision to individuals seeking licensure through the Department of Health in Washington State.

While some situations will require few sessions, some will require more. I work in partnership with my clients to determine the appropriate amount of sessions needed and continually re-assess where clients feel they are in the counseling process and develop a plan that works for all involved.
